Smarte Hoder AS was established in September 2021 by Anette Wilstrup Torgersen, with the clear goal of becoming a leading player in the recruitment and staffing of executives and professionals. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Anette has laid a solid foundation for the business, built on a track record of success in staffing and recruitment across multiple sectors. Our diverse portfolio includes industries such as mining and minerals, finance, accounting and auditing, oil and gas, food and concentrated animal feed, as well as aviation and international freight forwarding.
Anette’s strength lies in her deep understanding of the market and customer needs, combined with solid operational and strategic experience. As a co-founder and founder of several companies, she has developed extensive business acumen and the ability to respond to market demands. Her flexibility and capacity for growth in a dynamic industry stem from this knowledge.
Today, Smarte Hoder AS has a well-established office in the Stavanger region and is set to expand to Oslo West in September 2024. This expansion marks a new milestone for us, providing the opportunity to serve a larger geographical area and to reach new customers and partners. We will continue to strengthen our engagement in Stavanger, where we have cultivated strong relationships with our existing clients, viewing this as an opportunity for joint growth.
We have extensive experience assisting executives across various industries, both locally and nationally, and operate in a hybrid manner — both physically and digitally. Our clients can expect a predictable recruitment process that focuses on skill potential and growth opportunities.
