How Our Job Search Process Works

If you find a position that is of particular interest to you, please apply for the position as explained in the advertisement. Your application will then be registered for the specific position, and you will then receive an automatic e-mail shortly after confirming that we have received it.

Your first step is to upload an application that describes your background and motivation for the specific position. Then upload the diplomas and certificates referenced in your resume. We will contact you for an interview if you match the job requirements profile. In certain cases relevant candidates will be asked to complete occupational psychometric tests. These tests measure candidates’ capabilities and qualities and allows us to measure your suitability for the specific position.

Sometimes you may be asked to complete a simple questionnaire ahead of the first interview. If you are one of those we consider to be most suitable for the position, we will introduce you to the company. It is up to the company which finalists they will move forward with into the next step of the process. All finalists will in certain cases receive a unique case designed by the client. Each candidate will be expected to present their case in the interview. If the interview is successful, the only thing that remains is the signing of the employment contract. If you did not get the job this time, other exciting positions will most likely appear in the future. So please don’t hesitate to stay in touch!

Feel free to register in our system with a general application in order to be considered when a position that may suit you arises. Your application is handled personal data and, hence, as confidential information and in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations. The information provided in your profile in our system as well as any contact information provided therein will be stored by us in order to handle your inquiry and in the event that we have further questions. We will not share this information without your consent. You have the right to revoke any consent you have already given us. To do so, all you are required to do is delete your own profile from “Your Profile” in the system or to send us an informal notification via e-mail. This shall be without prejudice to the lawfulness of any data collection that occurred prior to your revocation.
